Ms. Asma Muftah Al-Ghanem is the founder and executive director of Asma Muftah Al-Ghanem
Advocates and Legal Consultants. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College
of Law at Qatar University in 2013 and pursued her higher education to earn a Master’s degree
in Private Law from Qatar University in 2017.
Ms. Asma possesses extensive legal expertise and is a certified arbitrator with the Qatar
International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration. She is also a member of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators and she is a specialist in commercial arbitration in the field of corporate
social responsibility. Additionally, she serves as a board member of the Qatar Lawyers
Association and holds the position of Treasurer of the Association.
She began her professional career as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm, where she
gained valuable hands-on experience over the course of two years. In 2016, she established
her own law firm, which has since become one of the leading legal offices, providing specialized
legal consultations to individuals, companies, and institutions, including governmental and semi-
governmental entities.
Ms. Asma represents her clients before judicial authorities and arbitration bodies, both locally
and internationally, offering comprehensive legal support. With profound expertise in various
